Autumn Lynne McDaniels, 35, of Indianapolis and formerly of Shirley passed away Thursday, May 9, 2019. She was born October 4, 1983 in Indianapolis to Charles McDaniels Jr. and Cecile Groce. Autumn was a 2002 graduate of Ben Davis High School.

She also took many courses at Ivy Tech Community College. She worked for several years with IPS as a school bus driver. Autumn loved animals, flowers, music and tattoos.

She is survived by her parents, Ceci (Jack) Groce, Charles McDaniels Jr.; children, Roxanna, Keira, Antonio and Isabella Lopez; siblings, Christina Hernandez, Molly (Gustavo) Martinez, Jennifer McDaniels, Caitlyn (Ben) Stecker, Randy (Jennifer) Groce, Jason (Chasity) Groce, Jacob McDaniels, Charles McDaniels III and Anna McDaniels; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, James (Janice) Shepherd and Patricia Irrgang. Visitation will be from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle.
