Preceded in death by parents and brother Mike. Survived by husband of 62 years Ralph; sons Ed (Staci) and Bob (Rose); 6 grand children and 4 great grandchildren; sister Nancy; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Barbara graduated from St. Joseph’s Academy in 1952. She married Ralph Congdon on Nov 17, 1956. Together they raised their family.
Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday (1/29) at 10:30AM at Nativity of our Lord Catholic Church, 1938 Stanford Ave, St. Paul. Visitation Monday (1/28) from 4-7PM at O’Halloran & Murphy Funeral Home, 575 S. Snelling Ave, St. Paul; also 1 hour prior to Mass at church on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church or Donors choice.
