Obituary for Mrs. Barbara Camilla Axelson AXELSON, BARBARA “BOBBIE” Age 92 of Bloomington, MN died peacefully on April 20, 2018. Survived by 3 daughters: Lee Fuller (Jim), Lynn Fuller, Karen Gliddon (Gary), and stepdaughters: Barb Orluske and Janice Rose; Eight Grandchildren and many great grandchildren and the large Axelson extended family. And her loving and lively friends at Poplar Bridge.

Bobbie made dear and lasting friends wherever she went. All Bobbie’s life she was an enthusiastic Episcopalian, and an active founding member of St. Patrick’s Episcopal Church. She sang in the choir at St. Patrick’s and then at St. Alban’s Episcopal Church in Edina.

She was involved in Bloomington Civic Theatre. She was a Camp Fire Girl and later a leader. Bobbie was very active and loved being outdoors, a passion she passed on to her daughters.

Whether tennis, ping pong, basketball, speed skating, yoga or walking, she always kept moving and healthy. Memorial service at St. Alban’s Episcopal Church in Edina, Thursday, May 3rd at 11 AM. Memorial s preferred to St. Alban’s or Our Lady of Peace Hospice Home.
