OBITUARY Barbara Elaine Bible November 14, 1939 – October 25, 2018 Play Tribute Movie Barbara Elaine Bible, 78, of Austin, Texas passed away on Thursday, October 25, 2018. She was born on November 14, 1939 in Austin. Barbara was an active member of Fitzhugh Baptist Church and served as the Church Secretary.

She previously worked in the Dripping Springs USD tax office, office manager of the family water well drilling business and became the office manager for several local businesses. Barbara is preceded in death by her husband Richard L. Bible and parents Austin Frances & E.W. “Duck” Glass. She is survived by her 3 children W.L. Stribling Jr., Richland Butler and Bullet Bible, 5 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M., Sunday, November 4, 2018 at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be at 1:00 P.M., Monday, November 5, 2018 in the Chapel of Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home with Pastor Jerry Kelley officiating. Interment will follow at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Memorial Park.

FAMILY Richard L. Bible, Husband W. L. Stribling Jr., Son Richard Butler, Son Bullet Bible, Son Barbara is preceded in death by her parents Austin Frances & E.W. “Duck” Glass. She is survived by 5 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
