Barbara Johnson, age 63, of Napoleon, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, January 22, 2019, at the Henry County Hospital. She was a resident of Genacross Lutheran Services. Barbara was born on June 6, 1955 in Wauseon to the late Raymond and Eileen (McClain) Johnson, who survives.

Barbara was a member of Haven Heights Baptist Church in Wauseon. She loved to ride her bicycle in her younger years, loved to watch TV (especially movies and soap operas), loved to do puzzles, and to be with her friends; especially her best friend, Joyce Perkins. Besides her mother, Eileen, she is survived by a sister, Melissa Gleckler; nieces, Teresia (Rob) Sloan, Jodi (Eddie) Tunis, Kelly (Chip) Piercefield, Carrie Weber, Crystal (Ryan) Howe, and Heather Gallegos; nephews, Josh (Cyndy) Weber, Brandon (Kristina) Rapp, Craig Johnson, and Chris McMahon; and many great-nieces and nephews.

Barbara was preceded in death by her father, Raymond; and infant brother, William Ray Johnson; and sisters, Pamela Sue (infant), Bonnie Weber, and Cindy Smith. According to the family’s wishes, there will be no visitation or services. Those wishing a monetary donation in Barbara’s memory are asked to consider the St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
