Barbara June Cooper January 03, 1957 – February 11, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Brentwood, TN resident and Warren County, TN native Barbara June Cooper, age 62, was born January 3, 1957 and died February 11, 2019 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro, TN following an extended illness. A homemaker, she was the daughter of the late Glendull and Lila Jo Gilbert McCormick. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister, Diane McCormick.

She was married on October 19, 2013 to John Cooper of Brentwood, TN. In addition to her husband, she is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Joseph and Darian Emberton; two grandchildren, Ayden Emberton and Emily Wilson; step-daughter, Valerie Wilson and husband Robert of Spring Hill, TN; sister, Judy Drewer of McMinnville; brother and sister-in-law, Jr. and Peggy McCormick of McMinnville; several nieces and nephews; and three sisters-in-law, Cheryl Furlong, Debbie Mudd and Anita Diebold all of Louisville, KY. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 15, 2019 in High’s Chapel with Jeff Kesley officiating.

Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and from 8:00 am until the time of service Friday at High’s. Online condolences may be made at www.
