Barbara Lynn Desmond, 49, Luthersburg, formerly of Monmouth County, New Jersey, passed away on Saturday, June 23, 2018, as the result of an ATV accident. She was born March 26, 1969 in Red Bank, NJ, daughter of the late Stanley H. & Ruth (DeCou) Rothrock. Barbara is survived by her fiancé David S. Havens of Luthersburg, a son Thomas “TJ” Desmond of Pittsburgh, a brother Henry (Dina Conde) Rothrock, NJ, and an aunt Susan (Mahlon) DeCou of Easton, PA.

Barbara is a former owner of Tire Company in NJ, and also worked as a Dispatcher & Driver for a towing company also in NJ. She enjoyed her dogs, horse riding, ATV riding, the outdoors and driving. She also enjoyed raising many small farm animals.
