Obituary of Barbara Berry Barbara M. (Miller) Berry, 77, of Fleetwood, passed away on Tuesday evening, July 10, 2018 at Berks Heim, Bern Township, PA. Born September 5, 1940 in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Conrad E. and Frances M. (Lownes) Miller. Barbara worked as a candy packer for RM Palmer, Reading for over 31 years, retiring in 2006.

She had also worked for Bell Telephone as a long distance operator and for Strawbridge & Clothier as an elevator operator. Barbara attended St. Clement’s Catholic School, West Philadelphia, Catholic High School of Philadelphia and Haddon Heights High School in New Jersey. Barbara was a member of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, Fleetwood.

Barbara was a huge baseball fan and loved her Philadelphia Phillies. She also enjoyed playing bingo and watching the birds and squirrels outside her home. Barbara is survived by her daughter, Donna M. (Berry) Sell, wife of Leonard P. Sell, Fleetwood, her son, Michael D. Berry, husband of Joy (Brown) Berry, Summit Point, West Virginia, her grandchildren, Alyssa, Hannah, Zachary, Holli and Ashley and her great-grandchildren, Adalynn and Hunter.

In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her brothers Donald and Bill Miller, her step sister, Connie Phelan and step brother Tom Miller. Services for Barbara will be private. Burial will take place in St. Paul’s Union Cemetery, Fleetwood.
