Barry C. Wagner, age 67, of Springfield, OH passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at Sycamore Hospital, Miamisburg. He was born on January 17, 1952 in Troy, Ohio to Annabelle Lee (Helman) and the late Bernard C. “Bernie” Wagner. In addition to his mother, Barry is survived by his children: Brian Wagner of Kettering and Nicholas (Emily) Wagner of Dayton; siblings: Sherry L. Scheuerman of Troy and Gay M. (Brad) Calhoun of Troy; grandchildren: Noah and Dexter Wagner, and Sophia and Camila Alcantara; a niece and several nephews.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his sister: Sue Ann Walker. Barry was a 1970 graduate of Troy High School and graduated from Sinclair College with an Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering. He was a US Air Force Veteran and served during the Vietnam War.

Barry was a member of the Franklin Lodge #14 F & AM. Barry’s passions were model trains and his grandchildren. He also loved attending Dayton Dragon games.

He was in computer engineering and sales and formerly worked with Cornerstone and Standard Register. He currently worked for Advantech in Blue Ash. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at Baird Funeral Home in Troy.
