Shirreffs, “Lex”, passed away on December 19, 2018 at his home in Bryn Mawr, PA. He ws 73. Son of the late Edmund F. and Jane Murphy Shirreffs, he was born in Bryn Mawr, PA on November 10, 1945.

Lex is survived by his former wife Cecilia Cannan and his loving children Alexandra, Edmund, Daniel and John. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday December 22, 10 AM at Our Mother of Good Counsel Church, 31 Pennswood Rd. , Bryn Mawr, PA 19010.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Viewing at the Church from 9 to 10 AM. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery in West Conshohocken, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Our Mother of Good Counsel Church, 31 Pennswood Rd.
