Belva Jean Buttrum, 83, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, passed away December 26, 2018. She was born August 31, 1935, in Little Rock, Arkansas, to Ottie and Alta Lois (Lacy) Outler. Belva worked at Cotton Cordell, Weyerhaeuser, and retired from Abilities Unlimited.

Her service for the Lord began at age 12. Belva had a passion for missions and taught Sunday school at Harvey’s Chapel for almost 60 years. Her church and her family were everything to her.
