Obituary for Bertie Elizabeth Hargus Bertie Elizabeth Hargus, 80, of New Market, went to be with the Lord on Friday, December 7, 2018. She was a founding and long-time member of Gospel View Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Hargus; son, Boyd Hargus; parents, Lloyd and Daisy Baysinger and; grandson, John Dewayne Hargus.

She is survived by her daughter, Donna (Kippy) Miles; son, John (Vicki) Hargus; grandson, Lee Miles; granddaughter, Tonya Hargus; great-granddaughter, Tabitha Carpenter; sister, Wanda Orfield and special friend, Brent Bryan. The family would like to extend a special thank you to all the doctors, nurses, and staff that were involved in her care. Funeral service 7:00 PM Sunday, December 9, 2018 at Fielden Chapel with Rev.

Lewis Lynn, Rev. Coy Webber, and Rev. Dale Mitchell.
