Bessie “Betsy” Louvenia Foyles Lee, 94, of Kinston passed away on Friday, October 26, 2018, at UNC Lenoir Healthcare. She is preceded in death by her husband, David Louis Lee, who served as Fire Chief for The City of Kinston; and eight brothers and sisters. Betsy is survived by her sons, David Barton Lee and wife Julie of Sparta, NC and Donald Louis Lee and wife Michelle of Kinston; grandchildren, Kristin Lee and Michael Lee.

Graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at Westview Cemetery. The family would like to say a special thank you to all her friends, family and care givers.
