Obituary for Beth Cartwright Beth Cartwright,63, surrounded by her loved ones, returned to her Heavenly Father on May 11, 2018. Beth was born October 15, 1954 in Logan, Utah, the youngest child of Leonard G. and Barbara Cartwright. Her growing up years were spent in Richmond, Utah, along with siblings, Gordon, Susan, and Dennis.

She attended Park School Elementary, North Cache, and Sky View High School. She married Ken Stewart in the Ogden LDS Temple, in 1976. They were blessed with four children, Brian, Travis, Codi, and Robyn.

Their early years were spent in Richmond, Utah. Some of her fondest memories were spending time with her sister, Sue, and their children. Ken and Beth later divorced.

Beth married Brad Smith and moved to Franklin, Idaho in 1985. She enjoyed working at Latienda and made many lifetime friends while there. They enjoyed camping, 4-wheeling, and spending time in the outdoors.

Although their marriage ended, they remained good friends. In 2002 Beth moved to Smithfield, Utah. It was there she met a very special friend,Teirre Humpherys.

They had a loving relationship and shared special times. In later years, as Beth’s health declined, he was always there to care for and pamper her. Beth loved her children and grandchildren.

She enjoyed shopping, working in her Yard, going to movies, and making Christmas memories at her daughter’s home. She enjoyed working at the Western Surgery Center in Logan, Utah. Beth was a beautiful lady, and always looked her best.

She made everyone feel special and loved. Amid many trials in her life, Beth remained steadfast and endured through her struggles. She was a member of the LDS church and had a great love for her Savior.

Beth is survived by Brian ( Andrea) Stewart, of Eagle Mountain, Utah, Travis (Nikki) Stewart, of Franklin, Idaho. Robyn (Ryan) Etter, of Vernal, Utah. Brother, Dennis (Terri) Cartwright of Kemmerer, Wyoming, Sister, Susan (Larry) Dunkley of Richmond, Utah, 9 grandchildren, and friend Teirre Humpherys.

She is now having a joyous reunion with loving family members, her son, Codi Stewart, her parents, Nephew, Ryan Dunkley and brother, Gordon. We would like to give a special thanks to the staff of Landmark Specialty Hospital in Murray, Utah for taking care of Beth in her final days. Friends may call Friday May 18th at Cache Valley Mortuary, 435-787-8514 80 W 4200 N in Hyde Park, Utah from 12:00 noon to 1:30 p.m. for a viewing and celebration of her life.
