Obituary for Mrs. Betty Grace Blair Smith Betty Grace Blair Smith, 79, wife of the late Douglas Grady Smith, of 1218 Davis Mill Road, Seneca, passed away Friday, November 30, 2018, at her daughter’s home in Toccoa, GA. A native of Oconee County, SC, Mrs. Smith was the daughter of the late J.B. Blair and Eunice Honea Blair. She retired as a realtor with Century 21 Real Estate.

Mrs. Smith was an active member of The Order of Eastern Star where she held many offices and was also involved with the Ladies Auxiliary of the Blue Ridge Shrine Club. She was a member of Rocky Knoll Baptist Church and the Beacon One Sunday School Class. Mrs. Smith is survived by her son: Michael Douglas Smith of Fair Play, SC; daughters: Donna Smith Woodruff (John) of Seneca, SC and Missy Smith (Rex Robinson) of Toccoa, GA; six grandchildren: Katie Stills (Chris), Kelly Woodruff, Anna Parnell, Emily Grant (Coty), Chance Smith and Noah Woodruff; and three great-grandchildren: Brennan Dunlap, Grayson Grant and Cora Stills.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her son: Jimmy Smith; brother: Tommy Blair; and sisters: Evelyn Grant and Doris Cobb. A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Saturday, December 8, 2018, at Rocky Knoll Baptist Church with interment to follow at Heritage Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends following the service at Heritage Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
