She was born in Roanoke, Virginia but spent most of her life in Ohio before retiring and moving to Savanna Club in Port St. Lucie. Survivors include her husband Charles, of 69 years; daughters, Pamela Morris, Jennifer Shea and Rayetta Schwering and husband Donald; son, Dan; 4 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 4 brothers and 3 sisters.
