Obituary Kickapoo – Betty Jean Stenger, 91, of Kickapoo, passed away at 11:48 p.m. Monday, January 21, 2019 at UnityPoint Health Methodist in Peoria. Betty was born on December 8, 1927 in Peoria, the daughter of Silas and Elizabeth (Kehl) Doering. She married Floyd Stenger on April 12, 1947 in Kickapoo; he preceded her in death on December 5, 1986.
