Betty Joyce Turner Griffith July 16, 1932 – May 15, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| View Guestbook Entries| Send Sympathy Card Betty Joyce Turner Griffith, age 86, a Warren County, TN resident and native was born July 16, 1932 and passed away May 15, 2019 at her residence following an extended illness. She was a retired owner and operator of Ole South Carpet, member of the Church of Christ at Dibrell and daughter of the late John Furm Turner and Nora Mae Griffin Turner. Mrs. Griffith was married April 28, 1951 to Ralph Clayton Griffith who preceded her in death.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by daughter, Leigh Ann Griffith. Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Bruce Turner and Sherry Griffith, Randall Clayton and Vickie Griffith and Brent Eugene and Dawn Griffith all of McMinnville; grandchildren and spouses, Benjie and Kristy Griffith, Kayla Griffith, Nathan Clayton Griffith, Tara Griffith, Justin Griffith, Lucas and Kristen Griffith, Lindsey and Andrew Williams, Lacey and Isaac Slatton, Nikki and Blaka Reynolds, Casey Fults, Cole Crim and Quinn Crim all of McMinnville; seventeen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; sister, Karen Mathis of McMinnville; and brother, Douglas Turner of McMinnville. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 18, 2019 in High’s Chapel with Bill Walkup and Bruce Griffith to officiate.

Interment will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday and 10:00 a.m. Saturday until the time of service at High’s. Online condolences may be made at www.
