Betty Raye Benedict, age 62, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Monday, December 3, 2018. She was born on January 1, 1956, in Powder Springs, GA, to the late Joseph & Mattie Worsham, and was preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Hill; and brothers, Jack Worsham, Billy Worsham and Joseph “Buck” Worsham. Ms. Benedict was a member of Bethany Christian Church.

Survivors include daughters, Brittany & Joe Horne of Hiram, GA, and Lindy George & Jason West of Dallas, GA; sister, Barbara Yother of Bremen, GA; grandchildren, Justin Massy, Haley Miller, Alexis Benedict, Joseph Bryden Ruff, Jesslyn West and Shaelyn West; many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 6, 2018, at 3 PM, from Clark Funeral Home, with Pastor Wayne Strickland officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, December 6, 2018, from 11 AM until 3 PM.
