where she attended St. Anthony’s Catholic School and graduated in 1949 from Natrona County High School. In 1951, she met and within three months married Harold Walter on St. Patrick’s Day (March 17th). They started a family beginning with Connie who was soon joined by Doug.

Steve followed two years later with Pam rounding it to an even number of four. In 1966, The Walters family relocated to Denver, CO where they resided for 2 ½ years. In December, 1968, the family moved to Cheyenne, WY where Bev lived until her move to Rancho Viejo, TX.

in 1988. In all the places where Bev lived, she was known for her entertaining and culinary skills. She had a pickling pantry that won her many sweepstakes at the County Fair.

In addition, Bev had a green thumb and grew many beautiful flowers and award-winning vegetables in her voluminous gardens. Bev and Harold made many friends at the golf course where they spent many enjoyable, happy hours; an event that was shared with their children. During their time in Cheyenne, Harold and Bev were heavily invested in the community through their leadership of fund raising efforts for multiple local non-profits.

Harold passed away shortly after their move to Rancho Viejo and in 1990 Bev married Garnet Nobiensky. Bev and Garnet spent 10 happy years together until Garnet’s passing in 2000. In 2002, Bev married Don Lowry.

Bev and Don spent 16 wonderful years together. They shared a love of golf, entertaining, and poker. Don was known for the birthday bashes that he threw in honor of Bev.

When not in the Rio Grande Valley they were gallivanting around the country on their gambling jaunts. However, their favorite spot was Las Vegas, NV where Bev was able to visit her two sisters who lived there. IN 2010 and 2011, Bev and Don qualified to participate in the Senior World Series of Poker.

Bev is survived by her husband, Don; three children, Connie (Wayne) Prather, Steve Walters and Pam (Mike) Wallace; six grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her three sisters. Bev was a very caring, loving mother and grandmother who will be missed deeply.
