Beverly A. Eyman, 80, of Morrisonville, IL, passed away at 4:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at Carlinville Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, in Carlinville, IL. Beverly was born August 29, 1938 in Taylorville, IL, the daughter of Charles J. and Lillian Elizabeth (Durbin) Windell. She married Albert L. Eyman on November 24, 1955 at the First Presbyterian Church of Morrisonville.

He preceded her in death on November 16, 2018. Beverly worked as the Secretary for the Superintendent, as well as the bookkeeper, of Morrisonville Schools for 17 years. She then worked for Franklin Life Insurance until her retirement.

Beverly was a long-time member of the First Presbyterian Church of Morrisonville, serving on the Church Board, as well as the Audit Committee, and Church Ladies. She was also a proud member of the Order of the Eastern Star, the Rebekahs, and was a past treasurer for the American Business Women’s Association. Beverly enjoyed reading and traveling, but most of all she cherished her family.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Charles “Sonny” Windell. Beverly is survived by her children, John Albert Eyman of Springfield, IL, Joyce (Rafael) Rodriguez of Danvers, IL, and Jean Schaeffer of Port Saint Lucy, FL; granddaughters, Sheila Schaeffer of Okeechobee, FL, Mandi (Ronnie) Eckenwiler of Okeechobee, FL, Sally (Eric) Tavender of Springfield, IL, and Laura (Jeff) Neher of Hemby Bridge, NC; 6 great grandchildren; brother, John R. Windell of Concord, IL; sister, Irene Rickman of Taylorville, IL; sisters-in-law, Irene Kent of Taylorville, IL and Mary (John) Harper of Assumption, IL; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation & Funeral Ceremony: The family will receive guests from 11:00 a.m. until the time of ceremony at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, May 6, 2019 at Perfetti-Assalley Funeral Home, 304 Carlin St., Morrisonville, IL 62546, with Rev.

Jim Ferrill officiating. Interment will follow at Morrisonville Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to: First Presbyterian Church of Morrisonville, 111 North St., Morrisonville, IL 62546.
