OBITUARY Beverly Haag-Parkison September 29, 1934 – July 25, 2018 Play Tribute Movie Beverly Haag-Parkison, 83, passed away Wednesday, July 25, 2018. Born in Taunton, MA, Beverly worked at State School for 7 years. Surviving are her son, Richard (Linda) Haag of Leitchfield, KY, daughter, Debra Luttman of Butler, IN, daughter, Tina Rutledge of Fort Wayne, IN, daughter, Beverly (Denver ) Tackett of Avilla, IN, daughter, Teri (Bruce) Butler of Avilla, IN, 11 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, husband, Gene Parkison, and sister, Joan LaFerriere of Orlando, FL.

Beverly was preceded in death by parents, William and Arlene Staples, first husband, Richard Haag, sister, Shirley MaCadon, and brother, Edward Staples. Burial in Covington Memorial Gardens, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Memorials may be made to HOPE for Animals.
