After a long and fulfilling life, Beverly Lou Strugalski, 85, of Toledo, left this world on December 7, 2018 to be reunited with her other half, Harry. Bev, as he affectionately called her, was born on July 14, 1933 in Kosciusko County, Indiana to Herman and Marie (Place) Poscharsky. Beverly was a loving, affectionate woman who graduated from Scott High School and shortly thereafter fell in love, married and was blessed with three beautiful children: Lynn (Stuart), Larry (Laranda) and Lisa (Larry).

The two were married for 60 years. During that time, she worked for Schindler Haughton Elevator for 20 years, was a dedicated Cub Scout den mother and member of the Moose Lodge. She was a fan of all sports, constantly yelling at the TV cheering on her favorites, especially Tiger Woods.

She was feisty when debating politics and cherished talking with her lifelong friend, Nancy Wilken. Her claim to fame was being a piano player in a downtown dive once owned by Danny Thomas. She loved to gamble and to dote on her grandchildren Holly, Misty (Mike), Rory (Kristen), Maura (Andon), Nicholas & Melissa and great-grandchildren Hunter, Mckenna, Angelo, Caden, Rhett & Teagan.

She was proceeded in death by her baby brother (Donald), mother (Marie), father (Herman), husband (Harry) and sister (June Wolff). Family and friends may visit on Tuesday from 2-8:00 p.m. at the W.K. Sujkowski & Son Funeral Home, 3838 Airport Hwy. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 with prayers in the mortuary at 10:30 a.m. followed by the Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. at Little Flower Church.

Memorial tributes may be directed to Ebeid Hospice. Special thanks to all the doctors and nursing staff at Flower Hospital ICU. Also, to the staff at Arrowhead dialysis for all the care they extended to Beverly.
