Predeceased by his son, James Parks and brother, Stanley Parks, Bill is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Genevieve Parks; three daughters, Deborah Smith, Peggy Hendricks and Carol Ragosta; 13 grandchildren, numerous great and great-great grandchildren and sister, Patricia Webb.
