Billy was born January 15, 1929 in Wills Point, Texas William Aubie and Lucille Joyner Terry. He graduated from Jacksonville High School in 1947. Billy continued his education at Laredo Junior… Read More » College playing football on a full scholarship.

He was a retired measurement supervisor for Exxon Mobil Oil Company and was a former member of Corinth Road Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife of 55 years, Betty Ann Lacy Terry; his father in-law and mother-in-law, Buddy and Minnie Mae Lacy; siblings, James Edward Terry, Charles Ray Terry, Loretta Terry, Lucretia Terry Stark and William Aubie Terry, Jr. Left to cherish his memory is his son, Mike Terry and daughter, Robin Bridges and husband Fred, all of Stony Point, NC; sisters, Betty Setliff of Dallas and Judy McNeely of Farmersville, TX. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
