Billy Joe Fisher, age 86, of Sidney passed away peacefully, May 13, 2019 at his residence. He was born September 6, 1932 in Iron City, Tennessee, to the late Charles Fisher and Mattie Beatrice Robertson Fisher. Billy is survived by his children; Ginger Pulfer of Sidney, Tim and Billie Fisher of Sidney, Dwayne and LeeAnn Fisher of Sidney, 13 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, and 9 great-great grandchildren, and sister Kay (Dennis) Jaques of Sidney.

He was preceded in death by son Mike Fisher, son-in-law Rodney Pulfer, one brother, and one sister. Billy proudly served in the U S Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the Sidney American Legion Post 217, Am Vets Post 1986 and VFW post 4239.

Billy retired from LeRoy Dresser of Sidney after 40 years of faithful service. He loved spending time with his family and friends and enjoyed fishing, bowling and playing golf. Family and friends may visit Friday, May 17, 2019 from 10 – 11 a.m., at the Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney.

Funeral services will be held on at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Terry Sharp, officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Point Cemetery in Pasco with fully military honors. On line memories may be submitted at www.
