William Ernest Keirle, IV, age 48, affectionately known as Billy passed away on February 13, 2019 in Randallstown, Maryland surrounded by his loving family. Billy was born on September 8, 1970 in Baltimore, Maryland to Charlotte M. Schwinn (nee Magee) and to the late Joseph Theodore Keirle, Sr. Beloved son of Charlotte M. Schwinn; loving stepson of Dale Schwinn and stepmother Charlotte Keirle; loving husband of Debbie Francis; dear brother of April Irven and the late Joseph Theodore Keirle, Jr. and the late Carol Marie Boyce and step siblings Mike Schwinn, Bridget Cramblitt, Danielle Valenzia, Matthew Anderson, Christina Anderson, and the late Dale Schwinn, Jr. and the late Paul Anderson. Also, survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, stepchildren, grandchildren, cousins and his deceased cat Luke.

Family members and friends will honor Billy’s life at the family owned and operated AMBROSE FUNERAL HOME OF LANSDOWNE with a memorial service on Friday, February 22, 2019 beginning at 2pm.
