OBITUARY Billy T. Nelson October 3, 1929 – February 4, 2019 Mr. Billy Thomas Nelson, 89, entered into rest on Monday, February 4, 2019. He is preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Bell Nelson; and his daughter, Debbie Nelson. Survivors include his loving wife of 67 years, Frankie Nelson; son, Jim Nelson (Nancy); daughter, Connie Nelson Angaran; grandchildren, Ashley Swan (Steve), Holly Hendricks (Luke), Katie Murray (Jay), and John Nelson (Stephanie); and great-grandchildren, Jack Murray, Avery Murray, Grant Murray, Molly Murray, Connor Swan, Sophia Swan, and River Hendricks.

He was an avid golfer at Cabbage Patch, where he shot his age many times, and he loved going to Biloxi with Frankie. He was a supervisor at Western Electric, where he retired from in 1983, but he continued to work as a contractor for years after. The family wishes to thank Southeast Hospice: Dusty, Brad, Angelique, Corley, Ashley, Kiki, Judy, and especially Patty for all of their loving and professional care.
