Bob’s Obituary Robert Eugene “Bob” Collins, 86, of East Point, died Friday, January 11, 2019. Bob was a U.S. Army Veteran, having served during the Korean Conflict, was retired from General Motors Corporation, and was a member of Colonial Hills Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, Rita Hammond (Singleton) Collins; her children, Debi & Homer Ramey, Cindy & Robert Polinsky, Patty & David Latham, Teresa & Johnny Martin, Sharon & Richard Davidson, Al Singleton, and Doug & Debbie Singleton; 15 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 15th in our chapel, with Pastors Mark Ernst and Michael Richardson officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Newnan. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Colonial Hills Baptist Church, 7131 Mt.

Vernon Rd, Lithia Springs, GA 30122. Visitation will be Tuesday from 11:00 am until the service hour at Donehoo-Lewis Funeral Home, Hapeville.
