Bob’s Obituary Robert Arthur “Bob” Ross, 79, of Hapeville, died Sunday, December 30, 2018. Bob retired from General Motors, after 30 years of service, and from the City of Hapeville with almost 20 years service. He also was an E.M.T. with Southern Ambulance Service, and was associated with the College Park Fire Department while with Southern.

He also worked with K-9 Security Services training service dogs, and was a member of Hapeville Lodge #590 F&AM. Bob lived a full life, devoted to serving the public. Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Waters Ross, and their son, Mark A. Ross.

He is survived by his daughters, Hollie Ross, Belinda Ross, and Vickie Harris; grandchildren, Brittney Ross, Ashley Ross, Jordan Ross, Dylan Harris, Jacob Harris, Mark Ross, II, Morgan Harris, Ryan Harris, and Kelly Peppers; and great grandchildren, Hunter Barber, and James Ray Barber. A Masonic Funeral Rite will be said at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, January 3rd in our chapel, led by Hapeville Lodge #590 F&AM and the Southside Memorial Association. Visitation will be Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until the service hour at Donehoo-Lewis Funeral Home, Hapeville.
