OBITUARY Bobbi Sue Walker July 22, 1941 – December 19, 2018 Bobbi Walker was the beloved wife of Russel for 59 wonderful years. She is also survived by two sisters, Donna Hess of La Mesa, and Sharon Martin of Glendora. She was preceded in death by a son, Jeffrey.

Bobbi was born, and spent many of her years in Bakersfield. While there she operated a business, Blossoms by Bobbi, making silk flower arrangements. She also loved music, spending many of her school years playing the clarinet in school bands.

Bobbi always enjoyed doing things for other people. In recent years she spent untold hours crocheting afghans and other items for a ladies organization which distributed these to the homeless, rest homes and a mission in Mexico. One of her favorite pastimes was watching the hummingbirds, for which she kept three feeders filled at all times.

And, if they were not flying the birds in her bird bath would occupy her time. She was a wonderful, loving lady and will be missed by many.
