Bobby Glenn Perkins, age 72 of Lansing, died Saturday, Novmeber 24, 2018 at his home. Mr. Perkins was born Thursday, June 6, 1946 in Watuaga County to the late Charlie and Lina Lane Perkins. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by four brothers.

A private burial will be held in the Old Fields Cemetery. Mr. Perkins is survived by one son, Billy Perkins, two sisters, Virginia Dancy of Purlear and Helen Cutshaw of North Wilkesboro as well as one brother, Dean Perkins of Galax VA. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
