OBITUARY Bobby Teague August 4, 1944 – December 14, 2018 A good name is better than precious ointment, and the day of death than the day of one’s birth. Ecclesiastes 7:1 Bobby “Bob” Dale Teague, 74, of Alma, left for his heavenly home Friday, December 14, 2018 in Fort Smith. He was born August 4, 1944 in Mountainburg.

He was retired, a member of Kibler Freewill Baptist Church, and a member of the Mason’s Fine Springs Lodge. He served in the U.S. Army, and was preceded in death by his father, Leo Teague; a daughter, Tamara Lavona Teague; and a brother, Garry Teague. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Lavona (Reinschmiedt) Teague; a son, Leo “Dale” Teague and wife Sheila; his mother, Jessie Teague; two sisters, Faye Reinschmiedt and Pat Kosier; a brother, Barry Teague; two grandchildren, Ashley Holman and husband Tanner, and Tyler Teague; a great-granddaughter, Odessa June Holman; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Bolton Cemetery in the Dean Springs Community, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR. Pallbearers will be Tyler Teague, Tanner Holman, Jimmy Griffin, Keith Reinschmiedt, Robert Reinschmiedt, and Josh Lindsey. The family will visit with friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 18, 2018, at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR.
