Private Inurnment will be held at a later date. Mr. Hatley passed away on Sunday, February 10, 2019 at Christus Mother Frances Hospital, Sulphur Springs.

Bobby Wayne was born on February 11, 1959 in Philadelphia, MS to Billy Ray and Rosie Hatley. Bobby was a painter by trade. He was honest, hardworking and a man with a good heart.

He is survived by his brother, George Hatley and sister, Marlene Icenhower; five nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
