Obituary for Bonnie E. Hackman Bonnie E. Hackman, age 69, of Camp Hill, passed away on October 17, 2018 at Holy Spirit Hospital. Bonnie was born on May 27, 1949, in Harrisburg and was a daughter to the late Walter S. and Iris (Stephenson) Hackman. Bonnie was a devoted and active member of Market Square Presbyterian Church, Harrisburg.

She enjoyed singing in the choir for over 30 years. Surviving are cousins Gomer Stephenson, Stephanie and Tammy Stephenson, as well as many friends and her dog Breezy. She graduated from the University of Kentucky with a teaching degree.

Bonnie retired from the PA Society of Public Accountants in 2015. She was previously employed at the HR department of Dauphin Deposit Bank. She loved dogs and served as a dog trainer, officer, and Secretary of the Obedience Training Class of Harrisburg (OTCH).

She was an avid traveler in her early years. Bonnie was well read, intelligent and followed current events closely. She enjoyed playing board games, fine dining, and reading literature.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at 9:30 A.M. at her Market Square Presbyterian Church on 20 S 2nd St Harrisburg PA 17101. Burial will be private at Shoop’s Cemetery, Lower Paxton Twp. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to her church in her memory.
