Bozena Maria Kolasinski, 52 years old of Butler NJ passed away surrounded by her loving family on May 6, 2019. Bozena is survived by her beloved husband of 24 years Janusz Kolasinski, two loving children Dominika and Kasper, her parents Jan and Stefania Czuba. Bozena was predeceased by her brother Mariusz.

She was a beautiful woman of faith and loved her family. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. In lieu of flowers, donation to the family will be greatly appreciated.
