Brenda Joan Brown, 68 of Louisville passed away at her home Friday, May 10, 2019 with her family by her side. She was a Baptist by faith. A member of the Eastern Star, American Legion, VFW and enjoyed Bingo, softball and time with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents James Edward and Charlene Brown; her siblings Deborah Carrier, Clayton T. Brown and James E. Brown Jr. Brenda is survived by her children Phillip Bratcher (Lori) of Shepherdsville and Tammy Smith (Mark) of Louisville; her siblings Wanda Devine of Mount Washington, William “Bob” Brown (Norma) of Shepherdsville, Karen Hobbs of Shepherdsville, Shelia Brown of Shepherdsville, Vickie Hillard (Jim) of Shepherdsville, Jeanie Osbourne (Ron) of Shepherdsville and Speedy Brown of Shepherdsville; her grandchildren Misty McMillen, Rene Smith, Jesse Bratcher, Justin Smith and Cheyenne Bratcher; 1 great grandchild Easton Arvin; along with 2 step grandchildren Justin and Jessica Glass. Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at Maraman Billings Funeral Home with Bro. Charles Smith officiating.
