Brenda’s Obituary Brenda Parker Niece, age 71, of Vance, Ala. , passed away February 2, 2019. Services will be 12 noon Tuesday, February 5, 2019, at Tuscaloosa Memorial Chapel.

Burial will follow at Tuscaloosa Memorial Park with Tuscaloosa Memorial Chapel directing. Visitation will be 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Monday, February 4, 2019, at the funeral home. She was preceded in death by her father, Eugene Cook; mother, Ruby Frazier Cook; and brother, Lennon “Bud” Cook.

Survivors include her daughters, Anita Carol Bowman (Winfrey) of Whitesburg, Ky. and Ruby Ann Toxey (James) of Vance, Ala. ; sons, Eddie Darrell Niece, Jr. (Mary) of Whitesburg, Ky.

; sisters, Dwana Quillen of Deane, Ky. , Wanda Halcomb of Buhl, Ala. and Rita Taylor of Paris, Ky.

; brothers, Paul Cook of Cottondale, Ala. , Henry Cook of Gordon, Ky. , Joe Cook of Cottondale, Ala.

and Eddie Cook of Brookwood, Ala. ; grandchildren, Kimberly Toxey, Joshua Toxey, Heather Bowman, Chelsey Bowman, Brooke Dollarhide, Brandi Niece and Keisha Niece; and great-grandchildren, Payton Bircheat, Riley Toxey, Dakota Collins, Trevor Collins, Parker Stanley, Leland Breeding, Reganne Toxey and Austin Lindley. Pallbearers will be family.
