Brenda’s Obituary Brenda Robards, age 70, of Broseley, MO, died Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center, in Poplar Bluff, MO. Mrs. Robards was born March 21, 1948 in Saint Louis, MO, daughter of late Chester and Mary Cooley. Mrs. Robards was a member of Elk General Baptist church.

She enjoyed going squirrel hunting with her husband and enjoyed cooking Sunday dinners for her family. On August 22, 1964 she married Larry Robards. He survives.

Also surviving are: two sons: Terry Robards and wife Carey of Campbell and David Robards and wife Cheri of Malden; two sister: Beverly Baker of Qulin and Loretta Tompkins of Williamsville; four brothers: Gary Cooley of Malden, Chester Cooley of Dexter, Charles Cooley of Ellsinore and Leon Fuchs of Little Rock, AR. She was also preceded in death by one brother: Jerry Allen. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Fisk.

Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Johnny Meese officiating. Burial will be in Brown Chapel Cemetery at Broseley, Missouri.
