Obituary for Bryan Wesley Smith Bryan Wesley Smith, 48, of Muskogee, Oklahoma was born January 17, 1970 to Thomas I. and Wanda J. (Anderson) Smith in Muskogee, Oklahoma and passed away Saturday, October 13, 2018 in Tulsa, Oklahoma with his family by his side. Bryan worked as a dispatcher for a multi business call center and also for Advantage Control in Muskogee. He loved playing the guitar and owned many different types.

Bryan loved spending time with his family and friends and will be greatly missed by all. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents; Walter and Elsie Anderson; paternal grandparents, Irvin and Evelyn Smith. Bryan is survived by his daughter; Savanna Smith of San Diego, CA; son, Steven Burk and his wife Bree of Muskogee; father, Thomas Smith of Oneta, OK; mother and stepfather, Wanda J. and Lewis McBride of Muskogee; sister, Jackie Marietta Winkle of Checotah; step sisters, Dede and Nadine McBride both of Muskogee; grandson, Jacoby Burk of Muskogee; cousins, D.C. and Paula Smith of Muskogee, Candy and Phillip Rogers of Inola, OK, River and Roxie Muret of Inola, OK; nephews, Jack and Sam Winkle of Wichita, Kansas.

A Celebration of Bryan’s life will be 11:00AM Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at Clifford D Garrett Family Funeral Home Chapel, Fort Gibson with Minister Preston Smith officiating. Committal prayers and interment will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery in Eufaula, OK with Savanna Smith, Steven Burk, River Muret, Forest Muret serving as casket bearers. Honorary casket bearer will be D.C. Smith.
