Obituary of Buddy Kennedy Buddy E. Kennedy, age 48, of Brumley, Missouri, passed away Thursday, July 26, 2018 at Boone Hospital in Columbia, Missouri. Buddy was born October 21, 1969 in Waynesville, Missouri. He was the son of Elmer and Deborah Kennedy.

Buddy served his country proudly in the United States Army. He was married to Jackie Kaiser in 1991. Buddy owned and operated his own construction company and worked in and around the lake area for many years.

When he wasn’t working, Buddy loved the outdoors and especially enjoyed hunting and fishing. He loved throwing a BBQ now and then and was an avid football fan. Buddy is survived by his sons, Dylan Kennedy and his son, Weston, of Eldon, Missouri, Dustin Kennedy of Brumley, Missouri, and Logan Kennedy of Richland, Missouri; his daughter Morgan Minnick and husband, Ethan, and their two children, of Thornton, Colorado; and his mother Deborah Hill.

Buddy is also survived by his brothers, David Kennedy and Dennis Kennedy; and his sister Renee Winsatt. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jackie; and his father, Elmer Kennedy. Graveside Services with Military Honors will be held Monday, July 30, 2018 at 1:00 pm at New Hope Cemetery in Kaiser, Missouri.
