C. J.’s Obituary CJ Elliott, age 20 of Dahlonega, Georgia passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2019. Visitation will be Sunday, March 24, 2019 from 11AM til the funeral at 2 PM in the Chapel of Dahlonega Funeral Home. Interment will follow at St Paul United Methodist Church Cemetery.

A few of CJ’s favorite activities were Hot Rod Cars and Trucks, fishing and bon fires. CJ is a graduate of Lumpkin County High School. CJ is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Inez and Leroy Elliott and maternal grandparents John Corby and Eleanor Corby Griggs.

CJ is survived by his parents Curtis and Alice Elliott, of Dahlonega, Georgia; aunt Elaine Elliott, of Duluth, Georgia; aunt Margaret Shellem Hyde, of Stockbridge, Georgia; uncle Michael Eugene Corby, of Forest Park, Georgia; cousins Ryan Shellem, of Stockbridge, Georgia; Matthew and Chulee Shellem, of Hampton, Georgia; Daniel Hyde, of Stockbridge, Georgia; 2nd cousin Avery Shellem. Care and trust placed in the professional staff of Dahlonega Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 20 Gibson Road, Dahlonega, Georgia 30533.
