Candy Renee Worthen of Calera, passed away at her home Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at the age of 40. She was born on November 27, 1978 in Oklahoma City to Charles and Sandra Crawford. Candy married the love of her life, Windell Worthen in Houston, TX on May 25, 2003 in Houston, TX.

The couple spent over 15 years together. They relocated to Calera in 2011 where they have called home ever since. Candy had a love for unicorns and collected over one thousand of them.

She is preceded in death by her mother Sandra Fay Crawford. Survivors include her loving husband of the home, Windell Worthen; sister, Lacey Davidson and husband Kevin; father, Charles Crawford and other extended family members and dear friends. A celebration of Candy’s life will be held 2:00 PM Monday, May 6, 2019 at Brown’s Funeral Service Chapel in Durant with Pastor Monty Wood officiating.
