Carl Andrew (Andy) Pollen Jr. May 12, 1973-April 29, 2019 Andy Pollen, 45 of Sparta, NC passed on to Heaven, Monday, April 29, 2019. He was born in Baltimore, MD to Carl Pollen and Audrey Crouse. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Audrey and Harry Mullen in NC.

Also surviving are his three sisters; Trina and Chris Labrise in PA, Robin Brann and family in NC, Tiffany and Jon Alexander in SC. His stepmother, Hattie Creed in NC. A very special friend, Melissa McClellan in OH.

Two special grandbabies, Ozzy and Ida Mae in OH. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Creed in NC as well as all of his precious grandparents.
