Carl M. Emirzian passed away on February 20 due to complications of a recent illness. Born on Dec, 6, 1960, he lived to 58 years of age. Raised and educated in Ludlow, Carl always had a helping hand for those in need and a soft spot for animals.

Carl was a skilled handyman. As a young man, he worked at Smith and Wesson. Later, he was self-employed in construction and home improvement.

A fun-loving guy, he played harmonica, enjoyed fishing, and dabbled in martial arts. He could make a mean stir-fry. Predeceased by his son Ethan Emirzian, Carl is survived by his parents, Claudette and John Emirzian; sister, Deborah Lowe; brother, Cary Emirzian; daughter, Aislinn Emirzian; and many other family members.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
