Obituary Carl “Moose” Smith, 65, of Sebree passed away Thursday February 7, 2019 at Baptist Health in Madisonville. He was born in Grape Ridge, Kentucky on August 24, 1953 to the late Clate Smith, Sr. and Effie Mae (Wilson) Smith. Carl was a farmer and enjoyed fishing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 3 brothers Clate Smith, Jr., James Elmer Smith, Bobby Gene Smith, 1 sister Thelma Lee Springfield and a great-nephew Clayton Smith.
