Obituary for Carline Holland Ferrell Carline Holland Ferrell, daughter of the late Allen and Rosie Lee Turner Holland, was born on May 24, 1948. She attended Unity High School. In her earlier years Carline was employed by WonderKnit, Lee Jeanes, and BagerSport.

She entered into eternal rest at Autumn Care of Statesville on Thursday, December 13, 2018, following an extended illness. She was a faithful member of Piney Grove AME Zion Church in Harmony NC. Carline gave God praises through her singing in the Mass Choir, Spiritual Choir and co-founder of the Cousinetts.

Her hobbies included softball, spades, singing and BINGO. She was a loving mother to her children and others in the community. Carline was married to Willie J. Ferrell for twenty-four years.

She was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister: JC Chambers, Charles Turner, James and Roy Holland and Phyllis Pruitt. She leaves to cherish the memory of her life, in addition to her husband, Willie Ferrell and five children; Keith (Thomasina) Holland, Denise (Lee Bailey) Holland of Statesville, Tina Ferrell of Charlotte, Jlequanna Harris and Brianne Parker of Salisbury; four brothers, Larry (Vivian) Holland of Atlanta, Ga. Stamey (Emma) Holland of Queens, NY, Otis Holland of Woodleaf, and Sammy Holland of Charlotte; three sisters, Martha Ann Johnson of Statesville, Margaret Peck of Statesville and Darlyn (Anthony) Rivers of Harmony; two sisters-in-law, Paulette Ferrell and Joyce Ann Brown of Tennessee; three brothers-in-law, Perry, Terry and Peter Ferrell of Mississippi; five grandchildren, Erica Holland of South Carolina, Eric and Ke’Essence Holland, TayRoy Mayfield and Christian Bailey of Statesville; four great-grandchildren; special cousins and friends: Barbara Gaither, Shelia Keaton, Victoria Brown, Shelba Turner, Silva Lewis, Nelda Chambers, Shanlyn Parsons, and Andrea Myers.

The family of the late Mrs. Carline Holland Ferrell, wishes to express their sincere appreciation for all acts of kindness shown during the passing of their loved one. Your visits, flowers, cards, calls and most of all your prayers have sustained us and for this we are thankful. May God continue to bless each of you.
