Carlos Eugene “Gene” Neal age 83 of Beason Road in Byrdstown, TN passed away at his residence on Thursday, March 14, 2019. He was born July 26, 1935 in Livingston, TN to Charlie Neal and Ochia (Clayborn) Neal. He was a member of the Smyrna Church, past employee at the Pickett Builders Supply and an electrician.

Carlos Eugene is survived by his Wife: Linda (Lee) Neal; (1) Son: Charles Wayne Neal; (1) Step Son: Michael Harding and Wife: Patricia; (1) Step Daughter: Missy Harding; (1) Sister: Doris Clark; (9) Grandchildren; (7) Great Grandchildren. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family member and friends. He was preceded in death by his Parents: Charlie and Ochia Neal; First Wife: Shirley Ruth (Bilbrey) Neal; (1) Daughter: Anna Ruth Allred; (2) Sons: James Allen Neal and Barry Eugene Neal; (2) Brothers: Ivan and Glen Neal.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 3:00 P.M. from the Brown Funeral Chapel with Bro. Randy Tompkins and Bro. Rick Cross officiating.

Burial will be in the Mullins Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Brown Funeral Chapel on Friday Mar.
