Obituary for Carlos Herberto Mondragon Carlos H. Mondragon, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on November 14, 2018, after a long illness of kidney failure. Carlos was born in Phoenix, Arizona on September 12, 1942, to his deceased parents, Carlos G. and Mary Lou Mondragon. He graduated Phoenix Union High School.

He then served in the U.S. Navy from 1961 to 1965, during which time he was overseas in Japan. Carlos is survived by his wife, Linda; three sons; Michael, Los Angeles, CA; Adam, Avondale, AZ; and Robert, Texas; sister, Elizabeth Savoie, Avondale, AZ and 2 grandchildren. Services are planned at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona located at 23029 Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, AZ 85024, at 10:00am on Friday, November 30, 2018.
