Gonzalez, age 38, left us Tuesday, January 22, 2019 to be in heaven with God and his father. He was raised in Millville, New Jersey were he remained a lifelong city resident. Carlos was born on May 7, 1980 in Yauco, Puerto Rico to Awilda Rodriguez and the late Santiago Gonzalez.

Carlos last worked at RLS Logistics and was liked by all his colleagues there. He had many hobbies such as cooking, fixing cars, fishing, drawing, and trying to create and write his own music. He also enjoyed being around his family and especially his three kids and cooking wonderful dishes for all of them.

He was also one to always go to God for guidance even during the times he wasn’t in church and always having questions, for the past three months he was frequent in going to church with his family. Carlos is survived by his wife Maria E. Gonzalez his three children Rosamia Gonzalez (15), Carlos O. Gonzalez Jr. (14), and Abdiel Gonzalez (13). His 3 younger sibling Miguel A. Gonzalez and his wife Tracy Gonzalez, Agueda Lara and her husband Luis Lara, and Rosa Rivera and all his nieces and nephews and extended family.

Carlos will forever be a cherished and loved husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend. His funeral will take place on Tuesday, January 29 2019 at Fuente Liberacion Misionera 225 Sassafras St, in Millville, New Jersey from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm. Burial will follow in the Greenwood Memorial Park Cemetery.
